Over 20 years experience delivering and leading Transformational Change. Experienced in strategic planning; scoping, planning and delivering Business Transformation and Change Programmes.

Solid understanding of delivering Business and Operational Readiness, including outsourcing and the creation of shared services. Consistent experience within complex programme environments, (agile and waterfall) focusing on implementing transformational change; delivering new Target Operating Models (TOM) and operational new ways of working globally.

Stephen has spent the last 20 years working within the financial services sector. He established a mortgage brokerage in the early noughties building what was at the time one of the UK’s first genuine online mortgage brokers serving customers remotely via the web and telephone. He has since held roles with moneyQuest as Senior technical manager and worked in broker distribution with Clydesdale Bank for a decade. He is now responsible for intermediary distribution working with The Scottish Building Society.
